Clean Room Facilities
Two Class 10,000 clean rooms are currently in operation and they all have installed HEPA (High Efficiency Particulates Air) filters into the air exchange system plus, air shower systems (Hitachi Air Shower System), temperature and humidity controls; workers are required to wear special clothing such as gowns, hair coverings, and use of special housekeeping equipment in the clean room. Assembly lines are all equipped with conveying belts, automatic screwing machines, ultrasonic welding and so on. Clients whom require the strictest quality in both electronic and pharmaceutical industries can take advantage of these assembly solutions. |
