History

Year Event
1972 YKI was founded in Hong Kong as an audio cassette tapes manufacturer and exporter.
1975 YKI was incorporated in Hong Kong.
1987 YKI installed HEPA (High Efficiency Particulates Air) filter for its production floor and achieved FS 209 Class 10,000 standard.
1987 YKI has successfully obtained VHS license from Victor Company of Japan, Limited (JVC) for Video Tapes production.
1989 YKI relocated its factory to Shenzhen, China.
1996 YKI relocated again to Zhongshan, China and expanded its fabrication, assembly, and test facilities.
2001 YKI implemented ERP system into its manufacturing processes.
2001 YKI has recorded a US$15.6 million turnover.
2002 YKI invested US$.7 million in acquiring new equipments to help build manufacturing capability and increase manufacturing efficiency.
2004 YKI increased its market competitiveness with dust free Spray Painting and Printing facilities.
