At YKI, plastic injection molding requires not only a dedication to producing the highest quality molds & parts, but also a commitment to each individual customer. The Injection Molding department works very closely with Engineers and Technicians to provide the best fit machine and material suitable for client's product.

The production plant has 33 sets of injection molding machines with mold clamping force ranging from 80 to 360 tons. Robots are also used in the injection molding process to speed up total product cycle time.
